Prior to your guided dental implant surgery, Dr. Pashapour and his surgical team will take a mold of your teeth. This mold will then be used to create the surgical guide, which will show the exact location of your teeth, the size of the space where you are missing teeth, and more. Our Arlington implant dentist can use the findings from this mold to customize your dental implant surgery. Through this information, the size, shape, trajectory, and positioning of your future dental implants can be determined. Additionally, planning with guided dental implant surgery makes the procedure as short as possible, ensuring that no unnecessary incisions or drilling are performed.
